first class service and communication from start to finish

Highly pleased and am buying a car from you guys .. well done to all.

Onboard computer problems still showing: 1. Yellow icon stating ‘drive at max 50mph’ - not rectified at service. 2. Constant message Since purchase of vehicle ‘camera not available’- not rectified. 3. On drive options - ‘snow mode’ option has disappeared from drive choices. Mercedes customer services have informed me That the snow option should available on the drive options.

All staff very helpful, polite and informative.A very pleasing experience with which you would associate the Mercedes brand, and even more so for me as this is my first Mercedes Benz. Please pass on my thanks to all staff.

Prompt and efficient service, thanks

My only problem is I would prefer to have a courtesy car rather than collection and return! Collection and return ties my day up at home which is not ideal. My wife's VW car does not have this problem as VW still offer courtesy cars. I assume this is Lookers policy as under the previous ownership this was always offered.

Excellent and professional service

I'd just like to say that working with Mr Harry Shaw, the Salesman, was a delight. He was always attentive and extremely helpful, very good at the little-but-important things such as returning or making telephone calls, and made the whole process very easy and straightforward -- which for big-ticket purchases such as these is very important. He understood perfectly the kind of transaction I was looking for and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need.And I especially appreciated the kind gestures such as the cleaning kit in the car and arranging everything regarding the delivery. I live in East Sussex, close to the Kent border, but based on this experience I am much more inclined to look towards Mr Shaw at Stoke for when I come to replace the vehicle in due course. Thank you.
