John, your service manager is your greatest asset. Friendly, knowledgable,, informative and extremely pleasant to deal with. I hope you always do your best to retain good staff like him, as in my experience, excellent service managers like John aren’t easy to replace.

I would prefer a cheaper price and not have the video of the tyres ( depths/treads that I can already measure) I trust the professionalism of the mechanic to inform me of their findings when I collect my vehicle back.Also the online booking system give incorrect information. My initial booking was at Easter but had to be rearranged following the incorrect information online. It states 1hr 50mins to wait but in reality this is more like 4-6hours! I didn’t mind the time once I knew but I had initially arranged to wait for my car to be serviced. Poor information!

Jeff was great, I changed my mind about changing the car. He did his best, as usual.
