Your service as always is exceptional, your team at Cobridge are great. Unfortunately whilst driving away and using the central control finger pad, it appears to still be working inconsistently. I will re-engage with the garage and get my car booked back in.

Got a great service from the sales executive (Karen) she was very helpful and was very accommodating and she never made us feel under any pressure to commit to a purchaseeven when I told her we had purchased another car via other Mercedes dealer she seem genuinely happy to see we were sorted
