I bought a service plan when We purchased a car. From your dealership. After one week we decided to change that car as it felt under power when driving it. We bought a different car and when I tried to transfer the original service plan to our second car, they did not allow us to do that because it was no longer on offer! Not helpful at all!

Karen Kelsall was truly amazing from start to finish, very professional, very technical, very understanding and just full of enthusiasm. She made us feel so special and welcomed. I would have liked a courtesy car as I have trouble walking and was told that there were non available. To make matters worse when I went to pick the car up an able bodied woman was dropping her car off and was offered a courtesy car. I

Arrived at the dealership as booked/planned for 10.30am within 5 minutes your service team approached me for the keys offered coffee and if I required anything else.The car is a 12yr old Mercedes GL450 attending for a recall on the SRS ... I was treated professional with a polite service no matter if I had one car or 10 cars ? once I returned home there was a letter for another recall on the brakes this was also carried out whilst on site .. great service and communication from Steve ( service dept ) many thanks 10/10 from Thompson Haulage Ltd .... vrn KS10 FNH
