Overall very good experience with the dealership Main problem is the price of the car I was interested in. Even though you had reduced it, given the model specification there are many on the market that are more competitively priced and being a convertible more are coming on to the market each week as we move into Spring

Great service , my service was completed promptly and my waiting time was minimal. My car was also washed and cleaned inside which I was really happy about. It was immaculate when I got in it .

Spare key was lost , so Mercedes Stoke ordered me a new one (£350), took just over 10 days , booked in to programme it in all done no problem free of charge .Got a call to tell me car was done .Also I asked for a copy of service record , which was no problem at all sorted in minute's. We'll pleased Thank-you 👍
