Vehicle booked for MOT, told to expect it to be 1 hour for MOT and 30 minutes to clean vehicle after. When picked vehicle up it had not been cleaned either inside or out. This seemed odd I was specifically told on booking that this would be done. We have been using this dealership for several years now, with 2 different cars, each service or MOT the car has been returned cleaned inside and out until the last service in 2021 and this MOT. Just a little disappointing really, especially as I feel we pay slightly more to attend the main dealership, and there is an expectation of those small extras which enhance the experience.
