When my previous service plan expired I considered going elsewhere for servicing an MOT and joined Green Flag. I decided to stay with Lookers because their service dept. is the best I have ever known. After my recent service I was informed that I could have applied for another term which I promptly did and am much more content knowing it is in place. The problem was that I thought the service plan was open ended and when it expired I assumed it was ended at your behest. If I had been made aware of being able to extend the process it would have been much better. NB I am NOT saying it was Looker's fault, they have always been exemplary. The fault lay with my interpretation of the letter, can it be made clearer in future.
