When we bought the vehicle, we had requested a 3 year service plan and despite phone calls and personal visit to the sales team we were assured that it will be set up electronically. When the car went for its 1st service, we found that there was no plan set up. Lookers in fairness accepted that it was their error and rectified this by offering us a free service as well as set up the service plan for further 2 years for which i have received the paper documents now
