The sales executive Adam was exceptional throughout. From my first enquiry phone call through to the vehicle handover he was very knowledgable, informative and kept me in the loop at every stage. At 70 years young this B Class is well over my 50th car purchase and my most enjoyable. Adam made me feel that at £13,995 my Mercedes purchase was very important to the dealership.
