The help recevied reassurance as a walk in customer at 4.15pm on a friday afternoon was amazing, I klnow my car comes to this garage for work but once issue was seen the gentleman reaasured me if part avaiable it could be sorted which I did not belive possible and had car back with me in 40 mins. Absolutley delighted with helpa nd support cant thank garage repair team enough. Brilliant

Having waited some weeks to have a brake lamp replaced I found the service at Stoke impeccable. On arrival at showroom all COVID restrictions were adhered to. The mechanic dealing with my issue arrived quickly to reception to collect my vehicle. Within the two hr window I had a phone call to say the job was completed and they had also checked my key battery for me. This was without charge (within warranty) and I arrived to collect my vehicle to a cheery mechanic saying all done. Happy customer.

Andy, Sam & Simon brilliant as usual. Hate the centralised (Worcester) booking system. Much preferred to deal with the people at Stoke directly. Disappointed at no courtesy cars, other dealerships are offering courtesy cars as well as pickup and dropoff. This will be a factor next time I book a service visit.
