The sales executive Adam was exceptional throughout. From my first enquiry phone call through to the vehicle handover he was very knowledgable, informative and kept me in the loop at every stage. At 70 years young this B Class is well over my 50th car purchase and my most enjoyable. Adam made me feel that at £13,995 my Mercedes purchase was very important to the dealership. No problems with the service I received on my car - but wqas disappointed that I was not allowed a courtesy car. I accept there's this Covid flying around - however my brother has his car serviced at the Volvo garage in Chester and he was given a courtesy car for the period his car was being attended to.
