Excellent service all round - very difficult to fault. Especially when compared to Volvo and BMW - both of whom's customer service was certainly lacking. Phil Jones, Your representative, surely must be the finest we have encountered.

Everything was fine. Covid procedures were in place, but the engineer explained everything on arrival and I was kept updated with progress. Just missed the usual tea and biscuit

Great service from Lookers. We were classed as a vulnerable group, so were isolating and didn't want to have to go to a garage for the service. They used good pandemic precautions (some Mercedes dealers would not pick up the car) and rang to advise progress and issues. They did have to do a repair for me which was carried out and the car returned clean inside and out the next day.

All the hassle of looking for a new vehicle was taken out of my hands. I gave details of the vehicle model I wanted, features I needed, and price I wanted to pay. Within a couple of days, a vehicle matching my reqohad been foundfor me. Excellent service.

Booking in by phone was not easy as I was told initially that I would need to leave the car for several hours. It was actually completed quite quickly. There are dirty footprints on the carpet that I am fairly sure were not there beforehand. Presumably I could not have the car collected from home because of the covid situation. Otherwise I was pleased with the service.
