Booking in by phone was not easy as I was told initially that I would need to leave the car for several hours. It was actually completed quite quickly. There are dirty footprints on the carpet that I am fairly sure were not there beforehand. Presumably I could not have the car collected from home because of the covid situation. Otherwise I was pleased with the service.

Great service. I am over 70 and have been in lock down since March, so required a pick-up service by the garage. The men arrived in the timescales quoted, were very polite and the handover was totally painless. I had a text advising a Covid check was being carried out and the engineer rang me to advise what had been done to the car and some information I had asked for about corrosion on the wheels. Car returned early afternoon again with no fuss. Altogether a very professional service. I usually get my wife's car serviced at Macclesfield, but based on this experience will transfer the service and MOT business to Stoke. Many thanks for a great service
