Mercedes Benz of Stoke have superb customer service. The staff give you their time to help with any concern (it doesn’t feel like they’re rushing to get away to do another job), they are kind and very importantly knowledgeable about your car, older or newer doesn’t matter. I have picked Mercedes Benz of Stoke over my local dealer because they are far better.
