The only thing which was disappointing was the valet wheels not cleaned properly . The staff on the service desk are out standing and a credit to Mercedes all was going the extra mile to complete everything smoothly

The individuals we dealt with at the dealership have been excellent - Karen and Adam - in terms of their approach but also keenness to make sure we understand the pros and cons of the vehicles we are looking at. At no point have I felt “sold to” which makes a huge positive difference and engenders trust.
