The staff give you their time to help with any concern (it doesn’t feel like they’re rushing to get away to do another job), they are kind and very importantly knowledgeable about your car, older or newer doesn’t matter. I have picked Mercedes Benz of Stoke over my local dealer because they are far better.

The only thing which was disappointing was the valet wheels not cleaned properly . The staff on the service desk are out standing and a credit to Mercedes all was going the extra mile to complete everything smoothly

The individuals we dealt with at the dealership have been excellent - Karen and Adam - in terms of their approach but also keenness to make sure we understand the pros and cons of the vehicles we are looking at.
