The young sales executive was extremely helpful and courteous. Main receptionist not so much. However I wasn’t told what work had been carried out on my vehicle to treat the safety issue it had been recalled for. Work was carried out quickly though and I wasn’t made to wait long. Had to book it directly through the garage though as the call centre would only offer restricted times. Stoke service when spoken to directly were extremely accommodating and polite.
