Lance was great throughout, giving us lots of information but not being too pushy. He kept in touch and was honest. The only small complaint was the valeting, I expected it to be immaculate from Mercedes but the windows are grubby, the ledge around the inside of the boot wasn’t clean, the door shuts were grubby and the wheels have break dust on them. Just not what I expected from Mercedes.
