Karen was brilliant as always. The reason that I haven't scored 5* is because the car hadn't been properly valeted. There are marks all over the seats. Karen has agreed to rectify this for me though.

My car broke down and was recovered to you. You ran diagnostics on the car, identified the fault and explained it to me very promptly. Despite the spare part having to be sourced from Germany, you carried out the repair with professionalism faster than I expected.

All went well except for resetting of mileages. These were not rest at services in 2019, 2020, 2021, 2023. They were reset in 2022 and 2024. I was told that they automatically get reset when service aspect is updated, yet this was not the case on the above mentioned service - rather annoying when I had specifically requested that it is not reset. So what really is the score?

The system for booking my car in and dropping it off was easy and quick. They looked at the issue and dealt with it very quickly and notified me that it was sorted so that I could pick it up within a couple of hours. Brilliant, efficient service, as always.

Everyone was pleasant and the work was done promptly. I would have given five stars but I was told it would take two & a half hours so I arranged the waiting time, but was called back after only an hour or so I could have been there sooner. I was surprised they didn't know a more accurate time.

Easy, efficent. All the pre-information was clear and detailed too e.g what to bring and insurance details. My seller (Curtis) was friendly and helpful throughout.
