Arrived with no appointment but was seen and the problem resolved before I left

On arrival the receptionist was helpful. The mechanic asked if there were any problems with the car ,which there wasn't. The car was washed and cleaned and returned to me.

Everything was taken care of perfectly from start to finish

Appointment made 2 weeks prior for a recall of the vehicle had. I arrived with time to spare receptionist was polite and booked me in, the service manager came to greet me and informed that it would about an hour for the installation would take about 60 minutes .Excellent service by all Many thanks

The car was dealt with promptly and the technician explained what he had done clearly and with confidence. The staff around reception were very friendly and efficient. All round a very positive experience.

My car was with you for 10 days for the second lot of warranty work for the same issue within a 4 week period. I had a courtesy car over the full 10 days which was great, but communication could have been improved after the first week. Nathan did a great job of keeping me updated and confident in progress but once he was taken off the job it resulted in me having to chase for updates.ThanksJon
