Bearing in mind this was a "web" purchase with me not seeing the car until arrival I have to complement the way information was initially passed to me via detailed video from Jeff Ridgway and subsequent phone discussions - financing clearly explained by Adam meant there was no surprises and the transaction progressed. Terry delivered the car ahead of his ETA and clearly explained the handover. This will be my 8th MB so basically familiar with equipment but still learning the up to date features. Good all round service you should be proud of.
