I had my A35 booked in for a service and TCU software update, excellent level of service from all the members of staff involved in my visit. Nothing was too much.

Very helpful staff - explanations of service procedures good especially from John Hancock.

The staff are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Just a bit disappointed that a service wash and vac was not done. This has always been done as standard at every dealership I have worked at, regardless of the work completed or the age of the vehicle.

The engineer at Stoke was very knowledgeable and helpful.

I bought my car on Saturday from a different garage in oldbury but came across a problem with the rear tyre and blue tooth connection. I took it to Stoke BMW service for them to look at. Kate was helpful and when the problem with my car meant it needed to stay in over night she organised transport for me to get home and back to the garage the following day. Upon collection she ensured my car was set up properly and linked to my phone. It’s meant moving forwards I know I can rely on Stoke BMW to look after any further needs .

Received information promptly and experience with sales executive Karen was very good. At the same time previous experience with other showrooms was not so great.
