Very efficient. Left the car early morning for an all day slot. Explained that i lived 20 miles away and would need to wait locally for service to be completed. Work was done quickly and accurately and all inside 3 hours. Fantastic service.

My car was picked up on time by a friendly person. I was kept informed throughout the time Stoke had my car as to what was being done. I was informed when they were on their way to return my car. It arrived back serviced, repaired and clean. Hopefully the warranty work carried out on the brakes has solved the squealing problem. I couldn't have received better service.
