Car was in for an A service and MOT and is running well.Good communication from the service staff on what was done and clearly advised what might need looking at in the future.Car collection and delivery went very well.Car was washed and hoovered.

i had booked my appointment to have my battery checked with a loan car to get me home. when the gentleman who booked me in saw that i had driven 22 miles to get to the dealership hi words were "by the time you get back home we will have finished it, so go and get yourself a cup of coffee and we will sort it for you while you wait"just over an hour later, they had done just that!fantastic service, it has almost restored my faith in main dealerships. i will be back for my MOT and service in October and i just hope this level of service is as good on my next visit as it was on this one. that would certainly restore my faith in Lookers.they even let me look around their new cars, unlike lookers at Shrewsbury without the Shrewsbury warning of "look but don't touch as they are clean"!i thoroughly enjoyed my hour drooling over the G63 in the showroom and would certainly come to you for a purchase once I have saved up my pocket money.

Offered 1000 less for my car?

Good effective service. MOT and Battery change done. Should have had the battery changed a year ago but gives you an idea of the longevity of the battery. Having said that remarkable performance noticed in the car and even cuts the engine at the lights - forgotten it did that!!!!

Nathan understood what we needed, and delivered. He was polite and listened carefully to what we needed. He even checked and sorted a new fault that had occurred since we booked the car in for work. Thank you Nathan.

Good reaction to my initial phone call, got me an appointment next day and "fixed" the problem. But need root cause fix as this issue will happen again! (charge flap failure on EQC400); second time it has failed and will be out of warranty very soon.
