Upon arrival we were greeted by one of the sales team and were provided with a complimentary coffee. Karen from sales then showed us to the vehicle for our test drive and talked us through the key operations of the car. It was great that we were allowed up to 2 hours to test drive the vehicle. Up on our return from the test drive we were provided with further refreshments and then Karen ran through the options we had for the car we were interested in both from a vehicle and financial prospective. At no time was there any pressure put on us to make a purchase, even though we did.
