I’ve made some enquiry by email and I’ve got the same answers by emails asking me more details about my car and not to promote the car what they are selling! And after all the car was already sold ! Anyway …instead of emails …. Much better you guys to call the future customer and not sending emails … not all of them have time to answering at the emails !

Car had warning light on Friday afternoon, Kate booked car in for Monday morning diagnosed & parts order for Tuesday. New parts fitted Tuesday & car health checked to reveal front brake pads needed . Only purchased car from Sytner Merc 8 weeks previous. Kate liaised with Sytner Merc to provide evidence this work needed doing asap. Arranged quotes for Sytner Merc & once payment was made promptly fitted new brake pads & car collected Tuesday evening ..Thankyou to Kate & Stoke Technician who highlighted Sytner Merc used approved car shortfalls & saved myself hassle, time & money
