I paid a 250 deposit on one of your cars on the 28th of November. They discounted the car in which I appreciate of course but told me that we would need to raise an invoice before the end of the month in which I said that's fine as long as I can send it to the finance team but they won't be able to do it before the end of the month. The sales member said that's fine we just need to raise an invoice. Then someone else emailed me saying we need payment for the car and it has to be from my personal account otherwise they won't accept external finance companies all to my surprise. So I said that's fine, refund me the £250 deposit and ofcourse im not happy.Also be making a video on this soon.

Good afternoonI'm struggling to get a result I had two Merc Benz from yourself in n the past I have been very happy customer.I have changed my mobile number and email so Merc finance will not deal with me even trying to download the app.i have been in hospital 2023 my property was sold after the eviction. We have paid 17000 pound to finance and I would like discuss the matter please. So I don't remember the plate no I can't remember my old email address my number was 07881534307

Efficient

car was filthy when the cust got the car, they took them back but the smell was still there. Moldy smell in the cabin dealership have advised they would pay for the filter to be changed. The invoice has been sent over on numerous occasions.
