I’ve made some enquiry by email and I’ve got the same answers by emails asking me more details about my car and not to promote the car what they are selling! And after all the car was already sold ! Anyway …instead of emails …. Much better you guys to call the future customer and not sending emails … not all of them have time to answering at the emails !

Karen Kelsall was attentive and answered every question I asked in relation to my enquiry about the new E Class Estate I was interested in buying..Her attention to detail was exemplary.First ClassHowever the valuation of my E Class Mercedes trade in was pretty poor!I have ordered the new E Class Mercedes Estate from Stafford which I expect to collect sometime in March

Car had warning light on Friday afternoon, Kate booked car in for Monday morning diagnosed & parts order for Tuesday. New parts fitted Tuesday & car health checked to reveal front brake pads needed . Only purchased car from Sytner Merc 8 weeks previous. Kate liaised with Sytner Merc to provide evidence this work needed doing asap. Arranged quotes for Sytner Merc & once payment was made promptly fitted new brake pads & car collected Tuesday evening ..Thankyou to Kate & Stoke Technician who highlighted Sytner Merc used approved car shortfalls & saved myself hassle, time & money

We were contacted by your sales team and booked an appointment for 6/12/25 at 11am but the sales person was unable due to ongoing sales with other customers and told us that we had a free coffee and she would give us a call to confirm availability for another appointment. We found it disappointing
