We were contacted by your sales team and booked an appointment for 6/12/25 at 11am but the sales person was unable due to ongoing sales with other customers and told us that we had a free coffee and she would give us a call to confirm availability for another appointment. We found it disappointing

Paid £250 to reserve a C300e estate on the Friday evening, Saturday morning received a call from saleswoman to take all my details including part exchange to get figures for the car and was told she would get back to me that afternoon with the figures and a personalised video. Heard nothing all of Sunday and Monday morning until I emailed on the Monday afternoon asking for an update to which I was told it was all sent to the wrong email even though I had previous correspondence to the correct email. Tuesday afternoon rolls around and still no email with all the stuff I was waiting on and after emailing again on the Tuesday afternoon the sales manager called me and said the car had been sold 2 WEEKS earlier and the saleswoman was too stressed to call me and let me know that and there was nothing they could do apart from refund me my deposit. He then said he would personally look at all the MB dealerships Lookers have for anything similar and get back to me. It’s has been 2 weeks and I’m still waiting for him to get back to me. A total joke and in my opinion completely unprofessional in multiple regards. Very disappointing.

I paid a 250 deposit on one of your cars on the 28th of November. They discounted the car in which I appreciate of course but told me that we would need to raise an invoice before the end of the month in which I said that's fine as long as I can send it to the finance team but they won't be able to do it before the end of the month. The sales member said that's fine we just need to raise an invoice. Then someone else emailed me saying we need payment for the car and it has to be from my personal account otherwise they won't accept external finance companies all to my surprise. So I said that's fine, refund me the £250 deposit and ofcourse im not happy.Also be making a video on this soon.

Good afternoonI'm struggling to get a result I had two Merc Benz from yourself in n the past I have been very happy customer.I have changed my mobile number and email so Merc finance will not deal with me even trying to download the app.i have been in hospital 2023 my property was sold after the eviction.
