Mercedes Benz are not the cheapest but what you get is quality of service. Collected the car in the morning and dropped it back off the same afternoon. Received a video file of the inspection of the under-carriage - something I have never had before even with 7 years of MB in France. All requests were taken into account and cannot fault their service

An emergency battery replacement was required and the response was impressive. My wife is disabled and we have constant hospital visits, so our car is essential. I arrived at 8.30am, unannounced and the car was ready within 1 hour. Well impressed, thanks to all concerned.

Good service way to expensiveRidiculously expensive

My GLB was due a B service in November. As I live alone I have a problem in arranging this, however when I phoned to arrange the Service it was made clear that it was not a problem and my car would be collected and returned as part of the Service Plan. Whist the car was being serviced I received a video showing tyre wear and the need for front brakes to receive attention, I also had two phone calls from John to keep me up to date and discuss the situation.. The car was later returned to me, washed and valeted. I have been lucky enough to have owned several Mercedes through Stoke Mercedes and the quality of service and attention just gets better and better.
