Pleased with the service

The Sales Representative at Lookers Cobridge - Karen - was excellent. Both knowledgeable & helpful and answered all my questions.

All good, except that when I drove home my right foot kept catching something as I moved my foot from accelerator to brake. Upon arriving home I examined the area where my feet were and found a little hinged flap hanging down. I was able to put it back into place. The obstruction could have caused a collision. After taking advice I was told that this was probably where the link to the computer was made during sevice.I am a little concerned that this was not properly checked before the car was left for me to drive away.

I received updates throughout the service, very happy with that

Everything was as I was told 2hours to do updates. Well done but did not explain what updates were would not have known if updates had not appeard on m o t poor communication with customer

From reception to collection MB Stoke delivered everything I expected, Polite, informative and courteous. Price for the extras required were very competitive.

Happy with all aspects of the job what they did. From collecting car to keeping in touch with what was happening.

Would have been 5 stats but when my car was dropped off and we asked how long it would take, the answer was very vague. If customers could be given a more accurate time of when their service would be completed that may help.
