Use of courtesy vehicle as need to rely on someone picking me up and then dropping me off.

The offsite booking system is really unhelpful - it would be better to speak to the dealerships directly particuarly when the dates offered by the call centre in Worcester are months into the future and past the date of the MOT renewal.I have no difficulties with the branch at all but the offsite administration is extremely unhelpful.

this was the third time I've had to have repairs done in around 3 months. It would have been nice to have had my car valeted on each occasion, even Hyundai do that, I expect more from Mercedes
