This was my first visit, being new to the area, and I was impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of all the staff I encountered. My only minor grumble is that the car was cleaned beautifully.... except for the boot space! I realise this is totally a 'first world problem' - just a bit of a shame so worth mentioning.

From booking to collection, excellent.

The booking agent didn't listen to my timetable and gave me the wrong waiting time . I was told this by the service dept at my dealership. If I book a time I booked it for a reason to fit in with work commitments. Then to have the deals hip ring me on the day to see if I could come in earlier was ridiculous!!! Not what I except for Mercedes.

I was really pleased with the customer care and service, although the part that was ordered was explained differently to me. I was expecting a full external mirror casement but on the day told its only the top part. Originally I was told its the whole thing that was being ordered and given a price. On the day as I said its only the top piece that was fitted, as told the bottom piece comes with the mirror and all the attachments to the car. The price was less but did expect the whole casement not just the top. So still have the bottom of my mirror missing. I do have the original bottom piece but a clip is broken so won't stay on. And it is separate to the rest of the mirror.

Efficient as usual.

From test driving the car to picking it up it was only 1 week and needed some body work sorting as well as final prep and when we arrived to pick it up we were more than satisfied at the look of the car.
