To book in for this service was very difficult.The lady I spoke to at your call centre was abrupt and unfriendly.i have been a customer of Mercedes Stoke for nearly 25 years and 7 cars. I'm not asking for any priority treatment just polite and friendly this I did not receive

Even after I had booked the service I was still bombarded with texts and emails asking me to book my service!

I didn’t visit the dealership as I was having the car serviced. The car was fetched from my home and returned after the service had been done.

I have to say Graham Simm was extremely helpful in making the purchase of the vehicle go well. It was not without some problems but they were, and are still, being dealt with by him and his manager Adam. We are very happy with the whole experience.

John from stoke on trent services department was very professional, helpful and kept us informed every step of the way, while our car was being fixed. Cannot sing him enough praises. Hope you would recognise his hard work and dedication to your company and his job on the whole.Also the receptionist taking calls was very helpful and professional, not sure if she is stoke based.
