Currently have V300 and was looking at GLS 400d but it would not suit my requirements due to need to transport grand children, GLS is to big for every day use.Karen did a great job in organising a GLS for me to compare on the day I brought my SLK55 in for a service.

I was so grateful for the amazing customer service. I have a six month old baby who I had to bring with me to wait for the service and all the team were so lovely and made me feel really relaxed. Especially the lady on reception with long blonde hair whose name I didn’t get. I was so grateful for the loveliness and how fast it was completed.

It would be nice if you linked the appointment system with the email notification system. I've received an email today asking if I would like to book the car in for an MoT!!
