I FIND IT USEFUL TO HAVE A CONVERSATION WITH THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. MY CAR MILEAGE IS VERY LOW AND IT DOES NOT FIT INTO THE NORMAL PATTERN OF SERVICES. I FOUND JOHN HANCOCK PARTICULARLY HELPFUL

The vehicle was not cleaned on the outside as I would have expected only one of the wheels was cleaned and dirt marks were left on the bodywork

Little bit disappointed with the vacuuming as the boot wasn't touched but the rest of the car was OK.

We booked the car in for a morning appointment and arrived at dealership at 08.30am. We asked if the car would be ready after lunch and we’re told that if there were no issues then yes.When we returned at 13.00pm the car had not even been into the workshop and was still where we had parked it.They did apologise and got the car into the workshop straight away but we had to wait another couple of hours in reception whilst they carried out service and MOT.Not very impressed?

Graham was helpful as usual. Call centre booked me an appointment for a model that had sold out already (C43 Coupe).

The dealership very quickly became a five star business when Lookers acquired it, In my opinion First class.

Changed to Stoke Lookers on a recomendation, very happy that I did I will neaver go back to my former garage there is no comparison.
