I had an email from Mercedes regarding booking my service and MOT with a link to online booking, but that feature was unavailable, so I phoned the main Mercedes booking line to make my booking. I didn’t get any form of confirmation text or email, then I received emails from the dealership regarding making a booking, which was confusing.On the day I waited for my car. The staff in the dealership were really friendly and courteous, and I was delighted that the car was ready well ahead of the estimated time. So my rating for the dealership and service is five star, but the booking system is a little clunky.

Booked my vehicle in for a B service with a few issues that needed resolving. I was a client who waited with the vehicle as agreed, but the extra items could not be done because they needed more time ?Why was this not advised when booking in the vehicle that they needed more than the 2 hours?

Really quick response to the need to replace brake pads following a warning message in the car. I was kept informed of the work required by Steve before it took place.

A bit expensive. £165 per hour Labour!!

Andy in the service is our usual contact and we very much value our dealings with him, which have been professional friendly and helpful always. Nathan dealt with us on our mot and was also polite professional and friendly and helpful. Claire in reception was also friendly and made sure I was comfortable while I waited.
