Stoke is not my local branch but the treatment I received made the 90 mile round trip worth the effort. Both Adam and Zoe are excellent ambassadors for Mercedes and they both could teach my local branch in Stockport about the customer journey. I must also give credit to your branch in Maidstone as this is where the vehicle was originally located and nothing was too much trouble for the vehicle to be moved to Stoke. This has been the best car buying experience I have had the pleasure of receiving. Karen 😁

As it was a manufacturer recall to solve the SOS issue, a free valet or even car wash would of been nice. Staff service excellent, I suggest as it was your issue as a manufacturer and i took time out of my day so you could rectify it - you owed me a shiny car on my return really!!!!
