It felt like I was lured in under false pretences I received a phone call saying the platinum event was all about getting customers in new cars with £0 deposit and not paying any more than your current monthly payment sometimes less. This was not the case for me, it was disappointing but would like to thank Kore who looked after me his customer service was 10/10

Because of Kore. To be fair, I had little intention of buying a Merc (I was almost committed to a defender) but I’m not wedded to any particular brand and he was such a nice guy I just thought why not. He’s the only car sales guy I’ve met during my recent search that got his sales pitch to me absolutely spot on.
