Matthew Bates was excellent, very professional and really looked after us. We are grateful for the staff at Stourbridge sorting out our personal number plate. The only only criticism we would have is that we think the presale inspection could have been better. The wiper blades have been changed which is fab but travelling to Norwich an engine warning regarding “excess oil” has appeared a few times which is a little concerning. We also noticed that the passenger seat adjustment lever is badly damaged ( looks as if it’s been chewed).
