Last month I went out to buy a leg of lamb for tea and popped into Mercedes just for a look, I had no intention of buying anything except a joint. I had a lovely chat with Neil McMasters and ended up buying a GLA. I’m really happy with the car and Neil’s first class service, he is a great asset to your team 😃 This is the 4th Mercedes’s I’ve had from Stourbridge and my husband has purchased many more over the last 40/50 years, but just lately my husband has become a Scrooge and bought me a Darcia, hence the reason I had to purchase the GLA and not lamb !

While the car spec and service were okay I backed off primarily because I am not a great fan of white cars. I also note that the pricing on used cars in general have gone up quite a bit so I have decided to wait till after the year end snd see whilst the situation is then,

Despite not having an appointment Jammie in the service department managed to fit me in and rectify the problem with my vehicle while i waited, a real star. Question 5. What about an option for those that already have a Service Plan.
