When booking, reception advised that my vehicle would be looked at straight away. When I arrived, it was actually a 2-1/2 hour wait. I asked if there was a courtesy car available to get back back to work as I hadn't anticipated being that long but was told no, we don't have many (even being a car dealership!). Customer service was good and service department said that booking shouldn't have indicated it would be looked at straight away
