I travelled down from Portpatrick in far south of Scotland. If I had known about the traffic congestion I would have had the car exchanged in Scotland. Neil Masters very helpful and pleasant .

Staff helpful first impressions from receptionist was cheerful which is very important when greeting customers Have used other dealerships in the past but will stick with Stourbridge now even though it’s not the closest to me !

Great service and an excellent, knowledgeable sales exec. Only slight gripe is 2 small dents in the passenger door. I would have hoped they’d have been removed before delivery. That aside an efficient and responsive dealership.
