Polite and professional service provided by Sam. Very flexible in terms of making the car available, and the car was well presented.

On collecting my vehicle I was told by receptionist to wait in the waiting area and that someone would be with me shortly. After giving it 20 minutes went back to reception and enquired if I had been forgotten, shortly afterwards a young lady came out to take payment and return my key, gave vague explanation that original person might be in workshop.

Engine check light came on soon after service.

I wauld recommend anyone to go to stourbridge mercedes. the feed back and courtesy calls I received were a 10 out of 10 and the staff ( Michael) who felt with my car was perfect 100% .thank you lookers stourbridge.

Problem with alternator fitted by third party after RAC attended breakdown. Michelle in service excellent at trying to sort problem, liaising with third party and keeping me informed
