Overall very pleased and accommodating to my needs. Olivia (Liv) got me booked in at short request, well impressed with her. What I was frustrated with are the chips on the front callipers when they changed the discs, I understand that on one of the callipers, it was slightly blistered, but no excuse for the other chips.. maybe the guys need to understand that some of us do look after our cars and little issues like this can lead to unease & confidence in leaving the cars with you, + dirty boot marks on the cream carpet.! Other than that, I’m pleased

Fast and efficient

As always very reliable the only hitch was when I tried to book my car in I had trouble getting a response , the automated answering machine would not take me to the right department and disconnected the call. After 5 attempts I eventually got through and the person that answered was very polite and booked my car in.

The dealership was welcoming and friendly. Joel who dealt with my purchase was understanding, his communication was very good and listened to what I required. I would buy again from him.
