The unbelievable personal service to ensure our handover was achieved despite some issues with our payment preferences which was contrary to Mercedes system. Both my wife and I were made to feel totally appreciated and special as customers from the first moment your salesman Indi introduced himself right through the whole process to handover, and considering we only visited your Stourbridge showroom to look at vehicles with absolutely no intention of purchasing, our decision to do a deal was 100% down to him going the extra mile with his friendly nature and patience to understand our requirements, and the day we collected the vehicle your Mr Peter Smith from whom we had purchased our first Mercedes in 1989 took the time to come and speak to us was very special and made our whole experience complete.
