Visited over 6 months ago whilst en route home to Gloucester. V attentive sales person. Enquiring re new E Class Estate. Wasn't followed up though. Subsequently ordered from MB Chelt & Glos last March & took delivery 2 months ago.

Great service and efficiency

The only thing that let it down slightly was , from previous experience I did not feel that the car had been returned to me in as good a condition as before. The presentation of the vehicle was not such high standards as I had previously experienced. There were water marks on the body and windscreen and the sills etc had not been thoroughly cleaned. I just feel it lacked attention to detail with regard to the return of the vehicle.

Good. Pleasant staff. Can't understand why it takes all day. Service sheet says simply A Service but no details of work done and parts. Detailed check on brakes, tyres etc. good. No record of tyre pressures, only tread depth

Did the job well and handed the car back cleaned.
