Having much experience with the service department I must say since Malcom and Daisy have been at the forefront it has run much more smoothly, they both give you the time of day and are more than happy to tailor the appointment to your needs as and when required taking extra care with your vehicle, my vehicle was recently ceramic coated and they ensured it was not washed as I stated prior to this the car needed a stage 1 mop and polish after its last visit, being washed by the team due to swirl marks. The only issue I would say is to speak with the team who wash the cars to take some car with them and possibly the service team to ensure that if a vehicle is with them to put some care and protection on the door cills, steering wheel and door cards as they did leave them in a bit of a mess on my last visit. Malcom and Daisy top marks Service team needs improvement slightly Wash team need some improvement

Had the vehicle delivered at my instruction. On time and kept informed at all stages.

Last visit (31-1-24) was faultless sending out feedback surveys could do better - nearly 3 months!
