We decided not to buy a car but wanted to say that we had excellent service from Mathew, he was polite, charming, helpful, knowledgeable and a great asset to your buisness. Martin, who delivered the B Class B200d Reg KR73WDV couldn't have been more helpful and obliging. The car arrived at the specified time and Martin explained the controls to my wife and went through all the necessary documents/things to be done very clearly and carefully.

The service and MOT were fine. I took my spare key and advised that it didn't work, might need anew battery? When I returned home, it still didn't work, so I put a new battery in, and now it does!

Despite recent changes in staff, the same friendly efficient and expert service continues. I called in with no appointment, worried why my battery was playing up. My car was immediately taken and full testing of the electronic systems carried out, but no faults were found other than the battery, so a keenly priced battery was installed.
