You already have my comments on the work carried out. But I did have a problem speaking with you service department I rang a number of times but nobody picked up the phone. Eventually spoke to you very helpful receptionist and she passed on the message. The point is that the department were supposed to phone when the work was complete which they hadn't done by 16.30. Finally I Had a call at about 11.30 and was able to collect the car A quick call to give me an update on progress would have avoided my frustration.

Easy checking in. I asked whether it would be possible for the car to be ready by lunchtime and the nice lady phoned our home at 11.57 to tell me that the car was ready. Excellent and pleasant service.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Fast response to my issue.

Upon the complete surprise that my car with only 42000 miles failed its MOT on a fog light you can imagine I’m extremely disappointed with that failure. As I bought the car in 2022 thinking that Mercedes Benz is a quality brand I’m totally disappointed with the issues I’ve had with it

I would have no hesitation in recommending your services in the future.
