The completiion time was kept to and I received the vehicle report which indicated what future issues should be monitored.

The service was excellent. Ishmael was very helpful and gave a prompt service. He organized a test drive for us & the car was just as described on the website.

I dropped the car off at the dealership and left it with them. I received a call a couple of hours later to say the car would be available for collection anytime after 13:30. The car had been washed and vacuumed inside. The boot however had been missed

Purchased my used E-class from Mercedes Colchester back in November last year and the radio stopped working a fortnight ago. Booked the car in at Stourbridge and not only did they sort out the problem but it was done under extended warranty with no charge. My wallet was very relieved. Reception staff were very efficient and pleasant.

Despite the fact I was only after a test drive with a view to joining a company car scheme , David the salesperson was extremely attentive and helpful. This is refreshing as several other dealers I approached were not interested as soon as I mentioned the purpose of my visit and some told me they wouldn’t let me have a test drive !
