The required spare although shown to be in stock had actually been miscoded and the car had to be kept overnight. awaiting a delivery. Handover of final paperwork very rushed.

Everything went well I was not kept waiting. In years gone by I have sometimes been kept waiting 30 min. or more to either drop off a car or pick it up after service. this no longer seems to be the case

I could only give 4* because 15 minutes before I was due to leave my house to test drive a car with you I received a call to say the car had been sold, less than 24 hrs after I had arranged a test drive.This left me full of disappointment. I was not offered the opportunity to view any other car you may have had at mercedes. I feel your sales person missed an opportunity to search for another car for me. Mercedes was my first choice for my next purchase. However I moved to my second choice of manufacture as Mercedes let themselves down for me. On Saturday I will be collecting my BMW May be in the future we can do business.
