All on time, plenty of information provided by 'video links' and car returned very clean and tidy. Only difficulty was reaching a service personnel during the day to discuss findings. Also on next page you have a mandated field, asking me about the quality of the waiting area. You need to add a NA option for customers who have their car picked up from home

My vehicle was serviced while i waited and was returned to me in spotless condition. The staff were helpful and polite. However it was not picked up on the service or advised that the wiper blades were worn and the wear indicators were amber/red. I knew this before the vehicle went in and will now change them myself
